Sajo Thomas is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). he received his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. He has more than 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in various roles in an acute care hospital.
He specializes in providing patient-centered and evidence-based psychiatric care. He strives for continuous learning, updated with emerging research and practices and utilizing medication management services along with axillary services and resources to help patients enjoy life to the fullest and reduce mental health stigma.
He provides services for various mental health disorders including Bipolar disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, Depressive disorders, Anxiety disorders, trauma stressor-related disorders, ADD/ADHD treatment for ADD/ADHD, and other mental disorders for adults and families in Des Moines, IA. He is open to discussing your mental health concerns and treatment plans to help you achieve the best possible mental health to enjoy and lead a meaningful life.
