Michelle Burgard, DO

Dr. Burgard strives to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. She enjoys getting to know her patients to provide a collaborative and individualized approach from early adulthood through geriatric care.
With an Internal Medicine background, she specializes in preventative care, hypertension, diabetes, geriatrics, obesity, and complex medical conditions. As a DO, she offers Osteopathic Manipulation to improve form and function and help in treating musculoskeletal pain.
In her free-time enjoys being a mother, enjoying nature and running, learning musical instruments and singing along, and cooking.
She completed her medical education at Des Moines University receiving a dual degree (DO and Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences).
